Best Performance Inc. has been producing parts for the foundry industries for years as a job shop for known manufactures. Recently, we took advantage of the opportunity to become a supplier of replacement parts for all No Bake Sand Foundries, specializing in Continuous Mixer Blades and Driveshafts.
We are the ONLY company out there willing to install all the blades into the driveshaft FREE OF CHARGE when the customer places a purchase order that includes a driveshaft and full set of blades. This is a huge benefit for the maintenance department and saves hours, which in return saves the company money.
Our blades stand out from others because of the process we use to secure the carbide to the blade weldment itself. All other continuous mixer blade manufactures like to braze the carbide to the blade weldment or casting; using this technique the tip of the blade and carbide must be heated up until red hot. That causes the carbide to become brittle and easily damage during the cleaning process of the mixer, thus causes you to have to change the blade out prematurely. Our blade design also eliminates the smooth surface under the carbide that can see wear from the abrasive sand, causing you to replace the blade early. The larger blades have a large carbide surface coverage to help prevent premature wear.
